                                      Shipping & Delivery Policy


At The Organic Platter, we freshly prepare all our products after the order is placed to ensure you receive them at their best quality. As a result, it may take 2–3 (two to three) business days to process your order before dispatch.


Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–6 (five to six) business days. During periods of high order volume, there may be slight delays. If this happens, we will notify you by email or phone using the contact details provided during your order or registration.


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details and updates on the delivery status. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner may contact you to confirm your availability to receive the order.


Please ensure someone is available on the delivery date, as the order will be hand-delivered either to you or to someone authorized by you. A signature is required at the time of delivery. The Organic Platter will not be responsible if the shipment is received by anyone other than the customer or an authorized representative.


A maximum of 2 (two) delivery attempts will be made. If delivery is unsuccessful after both attempts, the order will be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.


Please ensure that the delivery address entered at the time of placing the order is accurate and complete. We do not take responsibility for orders returned due to an incorrect address, and no refund will be provided in such cases.


If your order is damaged upon arrival, please report it to us at theorganicplatters1@gmail.com within 24 (twenty-four) hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for resolution.


Shipping charges apply to every order and will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


After receiving your order, kindly store the products as per the storage instructions mentioned on the packaging. The Organic Platter will not be responsible for any quality issues or damages resulting from improper storage, and no replacements or refunds will be made under such circumstances.
