At The Organic Platter, we take utmost care in preparing and delivering your orders. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to assist you with a return or replacement under the following conditions:
Return & Replacement Conditions
If you discover a defect, misprint, or damage in the product received, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
You must provide clear videos and pictures of the product in unused condition with all original tags intact.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria.
If the issue is genuine, a 100% replacement will be offered for the defective item. In case of multiple items, partial replacements may be applicable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping until the product is received by us. We recommend using registered and trackable shipping methods for safety.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only after inspection and confirmation by our team.
It may take 4–6 working days to process the refund once approved.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation Window
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. After this window, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests as the order might already be in preparation or transit.
- Non-Cancellable Items
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
- Customized, made-to-order, and perishable items are non-cancellable and non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

- No refunds will be provided if the customer refuses delivery without a valid issue.
